Projects that engage stakeholders in the design, build and implementation processes are where I thrive. Sharing in the joy, the frustration, the failures and the successes of collaborative creation feels necessary and urgent. As we face the consequences of hundreds of years of rugged individualism and unbridled capitalism, being part of a team that coalesces around common visions for equity, inclusion and sustainability gives me the hope and belief that we can make things better.
